New Offices: With an eye toward bolstering its overseas operation in Ireland, the Tustin accounting firm of Helsley, Mulcahy & Fesler has added offices in Boston and the Chicago suburb of Northbrook.
Helsley, Orange County’s oldest home-grown accounting firm, is trying to attract primarily manufacturing clients interested in doing business in the 12-nation European market as trade barriers among those nations fall next year, said the firm’s spokesman, Paddy Ryan.
Helsley set up an office in Dublin in the mid-1980s and expanded that office’s mission last year to include a European business development program.
The firm, which opened shop in Santa Ana in 1950, has 25 certified public accountants in Tustin and three each in Boston, Northbrook and Dublin.
