WORLDLY SINGERS: The highly regarded Estonia choral festival is going international this year, and so is the Pacific Chorale. The visit next week by the Orange County choir (F2) and others from throughout the world marks the first time that non-Estonian groups have performed at the festival. . . . Later stops on the chorale’s tour include Leningrad, where the group will become the first professional choir to sing a concert in Smolny Cathedral, as well as the first American choir to sing excerpts from Rachmaninoff’s “Vespers” there in Russian.
