Terminal Data Corp., a Moorpark maker of document imaging devices, said it expects to report a loss for its fiscal third quarter that ended June 30. It attributed the loss to lower revenues due to delays in procurements on a defense project and the continuing sluggish economy.
In the first half of fiscal 1991, Terminal Data lost $1 million on revenues of $10.4 million.
The company also said it has entered into an agreement with TriPac, a distributor of computer peripheral products, for TriPac to distribute some of its document scanners.
