Offices Could Become a Courthouse

Reading articles about building an $80-million courthouse in Orange County or elsewhere at this time sends my blood to a boiling point.
There are so many other greater needs for building low-income housing and more affordable housing for young families.
There are plenty of vacant buildings in Orange County. Even the Ziggurat building in Laguna Niguel must have open spaces that with very little remodeling would be suitable at a fraction of $80 million.
When are our elected officials going to start thinking about saving instead of spending? Between their perks and raises, there has to be a change soon, as a Boston Tea Party is long overdue.
