Leighton B. Tuck; Real Estate Banker With First Interstate

Leighton B. Tuck, 75, a nationally recognized real estate banker who retired in 1986 after a 41-year career with First Interstate Bank of California in Los Angeles. At his retirement he was senior vice president of the real estate loan department, where he had been a key participant in the commercial and residential development of Southern California. Among his widespread professional affiliations was his induction in 1984 into the Building Industry Assn.’s Hall of Fame. He also was honored in 1980 with a humanitarian award by the National Conference of Christians and Jews. In San Marino on Tuesday of cancer.
