Woman Dies as Car Overturns on I-8

A 21-year-old woman was killed Sunday afternoon when her car overturned near Glen Oaks in East County, the California Highway Patrol said.
She was traveling east on Interstate 8 east of Dunbar Lane at 4:05 p.m. when the vehicle overturned, a CHP dispatcher said. The condition of a male passenger in the car was not released.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident, a CHP dispatcher said. The names of the two people in the car were not released.
