Dead Youth Found on Lawn Identified

Inglewood police have identified a 15-year-old boy found shot to death Wednesday as Kiya Baseem Couch of Culver City.
Sgt. Alex Perez said a resident called police at 1 p.m. to report a body on a front lawn in the 300 block of West Regent Street.
Police are not sure whether the youth was killed at the scene or his body was dumped there, Perez said.
Culver City Police confirmed that on Wednesday, a member of the youth’s family reported himas a runaway, saying the family had not seen him since last Saturday.
