King Fans Are Tired of Cruising Melrose

Maybe the Kings should trade Gretzky, Huddy, McSorley and Kurri for the entire Adirondack hockey team. That way, Barry Melrose could really live in the past, along with his hairstyle.
We have all seen how great Lonnie Loach, one of Melrose’s minor league proteges, has been since he joined the Kings. I just can’t wait to see how and when the two newly acquired “Barry’s Buddies” will save the season.
Wake up, Bruce! Nick Beverley and Melrose are destroying our chances for a Stanley Cup sometime in the next 10 years.
