Diane C. Creel, 44, has been appointed chief executive of the Earth Technology Corp., succeeding Richard Dadamo as part of a management transition. Dadamo, 64, was appointed chief executive in March, 1992.
Creel will retain the title of president. She has been succeeded as chief operating officer by Richard R. Pannell, 39, formerly executive vice president of operations.
The Earth Technology Corp. is a leading provider of environmental consulting services and is based in Long Beach.
