It’s OK to Read This One

Shame on you, Rick Rose. In your Saturday Letter (Feb. 27), you are guilty of the very thing for which you criticize The Times, i.e. revealing the secret of “The Crying Game.”
No, I had not seen the film, and, yes, I had studiously avoided reading anything about it. But the editor’s “Don’t Read This Either” headline for the letter was hardly sufficient warning.
Really, Rick, you could very easily have chastised The Times without revealing the secret yourself. Thanks for nothing.
