Hog-Calling Takes On New Meaning in Iowa

DES MOINES — Hog farmer Dave Rousselow found this message on his answering machine the other day: Grunt.
And some squeals and snorts.
One of Rousselow’s hogs had come across a cellular phone and punched the redial button. Before Rousselow lost the phone in the feed lot, he had dialed his house to check for messages.
