Chaminade Hands Trabuco Hills First Loss

WEST HILLS — Franklin Saunders ran for 249 yards in 41 carries and scored two touchdowns to lead West Hills Chaminade to a 21-7 victory over Trabuco Hills Friday night.
The Eagles (2-2) scored two touchdowns in the last 56 seconds of the first quarter to gain control.
Saunders scored on a nine-yard run, and two plays later, Tyler Fenwick scored on a 20-yard interception return.
Trabuco Hills (3-1) scored on a nine-play, 98-yard drive in the third quarter, with quarterback Chad Collins completing a five-yard scoring pass to Matt Rencher.
