Carter Hawley Hale Stores Inc. Fills Post: The Los Angeles-based retailer said Beth Siegel has joined the company as senior vice president of sales promotion. Prior to joining Carter Hawley, Siegel was vice president of advertising & marketing at Montgomery Ward. From 1991 to early 1993, she was with Robinson’s in the same capacity. Carter Hawley operates 83 department stores under the names Broadway, Emporium and Weinstocks.
