Authentic Fitness Will Offer 2 Million Shares

Authentic Fitness Corp., a Van Nuys maker of swimwear and fitness apparel, said it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of 2 million of its common shares.
Authentic Fitness said it will use the offering’s proceeds primarily to pay down debt and expand the company’s Speedo Authentic Fitness retail stores.
