Norwick B.H. Goodspeed has been appointed president of McGaw Inc., an Irvine medical products company. He succeeds John F. Schaefer, who has said he will resign after the company’s merger with Ivax Corp. is completed. Schaefer will continue as a consultant. Goodspeed joined McGaw in 1991 as senior vice president of sales and marketing. In addition, Robert J. Krist was appointed executive vice president. He joined McGaw in 1991 as chief financial officer.
