Pay-Fone Systems Buys Payroll Service Company

Pay-Fone Systems Inc., a Van Nuys-based payroll service company that does business as Precision Payroll, said it acquired Concentric Computer Corp., a payroll company based in Aptos.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Pay-Fone said it had been seeking to buy a company to help it increase earnings. Pay-Fone said it will maintain Concentric’s location in Aptos, giving Pay-Fone its second Northern California branch.
