Man Fatally Shot in His Apartment

PACOIMA — A man was shot and killed inside his apartment Saturday night, Los Angeles police said.
The man, Balious Street, 40, was found dead about 8:30 p.m. Saturday inside his home on the 12500 block of Fillmore Avenue by police responding to a call of shots fired. He had been shot in the upper body, said Sgt. Frank Reynoso of the LAPD’s Foothill Division.
Homicide detectives inspected Street’s apartment building Saturday night but were unable to find any clues to the shooting. It remains under investigation, Reynoso said.
