Titan’s Simulator Line in Sale Pact: Titan Corp. in San Diego said it agreed to sell its Applications Group, a provider of simulator services for Army training, to Cubic Corp. for $21 million cash. Cubic, also based in San Diego, is also a supplier of military training and simulation systems as well as automated fare-collection equipment. Titan said it wants to focus on its information systems and services lines, particularly in commercial markets. The sale is expected to close next month.
