Gayle Wilson, Gov. Pete Wilson’s wife, will open the state’s first Business Revitalization Center satellite office in San Pedro today at 12:30 p.m.
The center will be a “one-stop shop” to expedite business permits and provide information to local businesses, said Councilman Rudy Svorinich Jr., who represents the harbor area.
The center, in Svorinich’s harbor district office at 638 S. Beacon St., Suite 200, initially will be open one day a week, said Barry Glickman, a spokesman for Svorinich.
