Miner Killed in Kentucky

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. — A cave-in killed a miner Tuesday in southeastern Kentucky, the state’s seventh coal mine fatality this year, authorities said. Keith Gibson, 22, of Knox County was trapped when the roof he was bolting collapsed.
