D.W.I. Corp.: The Mission Viejo industrial and product design company said Wednesday that it will receive $3 million as part of an agreement with a private merchant banker to recapitalize the company.
The company said it needed the cash from John J. Conley Ltd. to become a full-service product development company, which clients that have trimmed their staffs now require. D.W.I. does business as Design West and as Model Development Laboratory.
