WASHINGTON — Christmas arrived at the White House Thursday as a towering blue spruce--from Clinton County, Mo.--was carted up to adorn the Blue Room. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton said the White House will be closed for a few days while the main tree and others are decorated by staff and dozens of helpers.
