Bombing Creates Mystery

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A bomb exploded early Thursday in front of a tax collector’s office and next to an abortion clinic, and officials were not sure which was the target. The blast shattered glass and blew pieces of metal 50 yards away, but no one was injured, officials said.
