Clinton to Meet Press

WASHINGTON — President Clinton plans to hold a news conference Tuesday, the White House said Thursday. Topics may include his skirmishes with the Republican majority in Congress, the 1996 presidential race and his summit with Russian President Boris N. Yeltsin next month. The time of the news conference has yet to be determined, White House Press Secretary Mike McCurry said.
