ABC Auto Care, a maintenance and repair firm, has quadrupled its space by relocating to Market Street from Crescent Street in Ventura.
ABC has purchased a 7,800-square-foot building as its new headquarters from Marvin and Judith Tate for $445,000, according to Grubb & Ellis Co.
Grubb’s Oxnard office represented both the sellers and ABC’s owner, Lee Lizarraga, in the transaction.
ABC, founded in 1978, specializes in General Motors vehicles. Lizarraga serves on an automotive technology and vocational education advisory board at Ventura College.
