Flagstar to Sell TW Recreational Services Unit: The firm said it agreed to sell the division to Amfac Parks Inc. for $110 million. Spartanburg, S.C.-based Flagstar Cos., which operates Denny’s and other restaurants, said the TW Recreational Services unit provides lodging, food and services to national and state parks, resorts and conference centers. Amfac Parks is a subsidiary of Chicago-based Northbrook Corp.
