Prism Software Corp.: The Lake Forest software developer said Wednesday that it has received an equity investment from Threshold Technology Partners, L.P., a private investment fund. The company will use the funds for continued product and market development, customer support, and new product launches. Steven E. Levy, president of the General Partner of Threshold Technology, is expected to be named chairman of the board of Prism Software.
