Governor Names 2 O.C. Residents to State Panels

LOS ANGELES — Gov. Pete Wilson on Tuesday announced the appointments of two Orange County residents to state commissions.
San Juan Capistrano Councilman Wyatt T. Hart, 58, was appointed to the Advisory Commission on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency.
Hart, who has served on the City Council since last year, is the founder of Wyatt Hart & Associates, a criminal justice consulting company in Laguna Hills. He is a former captain in the Sheriff’s Department, where he worked for 21 years before retiring in 1989.
Eileen Elizabeth Padberg, 51, of Dana Point was one of four people reappointed to the Commission on the Status of Women. Padberg has been on the commission since 1991. She is the president of Eileen E. Padberg Consulting Inc., a public relations consulting firm for corporate clients.
