San Fernando High’s appeal to the City Section regarding the forfeit of three football victories was denied Thursday.
The Tigers (2-8, 2-5 in Northwest Valley Conference play) were stripped of three conference victories when it was discovered that running back Roger Bausley was academically ineligible.
San Fernando has not disputed two other forfeit losses, also for use of an ineligible player.

Dan Albertstone, an attorney for Birmingham High outfielder Fernando Centeno, said he will appeal to the California Interscholastic Federation after a City Section panel upheld a decision declaring the All-City senior ineligible.
The panel ruled that Centeno, a transfer from Ecuador, was illegally recruited by Birmingham soccer Coach Jose Friere.
