A series of events has been planned in conjunction with “Reflections: African-American Art”:
* Through March 1: group exhibit in the youth gallery of art by nine African American students from Brea Junior High School.
* Sundays in February, 1-3 p.m.: walk and talk with exhibition artists.
* Feb. 17, 8 p.m.: jazz concert with Dwight Trible and Oasis at Brea Curtis Theatre. $10. (714) 990-7722.
* Feb. 24, 10:30 a.m.: children’s art workshop with paper-cutting artist Howard Marshall. $10 general; Brea residents, $5. (714) 990-7735.
* Feb. 24, noon-2 p.m.: informal lecture by guest curator Cecil Fergerson.
