Cerritos Valley Christian 69, Santa Ynez 65--Valley Christian (31-0) made four free throws in the final 23 seconds to win its second consecutive regional title at Cal State Fullerton.
Senior guard Kiyoko Miller, who scored 22 points and had 11 rebounds, made two free throws with 23 seconds remaining to put Valley Christian ahead, 67-62.
After Crystal Rosenthal made one of two free throws to put the Crusaders up, 68-65, Santa Ynez (31-1) committed a turnover with two seconds remaining.
