Cooler Air, Showers May Hit Valley Today
The sunny and warm weekend Valley residents enjoyed will yield today to cooler weather and possible showers, the National Weather Service said.
A cold front is passing to the north of Los Angeles, dumping most of its rain on Santa Barbara and Ventura County. But there is a chance of rain hitting the Valley today and Tuesday.
The chance of showers lessens Wednesday, and Thursday will be only partly cloudy, Gomberg said.
The high temperature today is predicted to be 67 in Burbank, Van Nuys and Northridge. The high temperature in Woodland Hills is expected to be 69.
