Trends: Paramount Pictures, a unit of Viacom Inc., plans to capitalize on its hit film “Forrest Gump” by launching a nationwide chain of restaurants called Bubba Shrimp Co. Paramount will develop the restaurants along with closely held Rusty Pelican Restaurants Inc.
