Ryan Wells had 13 kills and 54 digs in Malibu’s 19-17, 15-11, 11-15, 15-6 boys’ volleyball victory over Oxnard on Saturday. Jordan Hove and Sharif Crawford also had 13 kills. . . . Zev Weinstein and David Jacobs each won three singles matches as Santa Monica beat Crossroads, 16-2, in boy’s tennis Saturday. Daniel Utsinger got the only singles victory for Crossroads. . . . Shawn Tinson’s fourth-inning grand slam helped St. Bernard defeat Beverly Hills, 12-7, in a consolation game of the Westside Tournament. . . . Cary Silvera hit a grand slam in the fourth inning and John Leicester followed with a solo homer in Palisades’ 10-9 victory over Crossroads. Leicester went 4 for 4 with three runs batted in. . . . Phillip Hyun had two blocks and 22 assists in Venice’s 15-17, 13-15, 15-10, 15-9, 15-7 victory over Bell on Tuesday. Tadao Horiuchi had 15 digs.
