Alanis Morissette isn’t the only Canadian burning up the U.S. pop charts. Celine Dion’s “Falling Into You,” No. 5 on The Times’ Southern California album chart, is No. 3 on the national album sales chart. And the Quebec native’s “Because You Loved Me” has been No. 1 on the national singles chart for the last four weeks.
