Peterson Gets Eight Points for All-Stars

PHILADELPHIA — Mater Dei senior guard Melody Peterson scored eight points on three-of-five shooting to help her team to an 86-68 victory at the All-American girls’ all-star game Saturday at the CoreStates Spectrum.
Peterson, who played 20 minutes as a reserve for the White team, also had two rebounds and three steals.
