Eight years after taking the reins as Camarillo city manager, Bill Little was rewarded this week with another three-year contract.
After this latest agreement expires, Little, 60, said he plans to retire.
The deal, unanimously approved Wednesday night by the City Council, calls for Little to receive a 2.5% raise on his current $120,000 annual salary for the year beginning July 1.
He is set to receive raises in each of the next two years.
Little’s contract includes fringe benefits, such as the exclusive use of a city-owned vehicle--including gas and insurance--health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, as well as two weeks of paid vacation and 16 days of management leave each year.
