. . . A police SWAT team was called to the Leisure World retirement community in Seal Beach after a 27-year-old man barricaded himself in an apartment.
The man, who worked for a Leisure World resident, was seen driving recklessly through the community, waving a handgun and shouting obscenities. He was subdued by police after a two-hour standoff.
