Data Processing Resources Acquires ADD

NEWPORT BEACH — Data Processing Resources Corp. said Wednesday that it has acquired the information technology staffing business of a Nebraska company for more than $12 million in cash and stock.

The Newport Beach company will pay $8.785 million in cash and turn over 152,121 shares of its restricted stock, valued at $3.765 million, for ADD Consulting Inc. in Omaha.

ADD Consulting, which operates branches in Omaha and Overland Park, Kan., had revenue of $13 million for the 12-month period that ended April 30.
