From Times Wire Reports
A judge in Denver approved closed-circuit television coverage of the trial of Timothy J. McVeigh and Terry L. Nichols in order that bombing victims and relatives can watch in an Oklahoma City courtroom. U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch rejected defense arguments that such coverage would be unconstitutional and a camera in the courtroom might be disruptive. Nichols and McVeigh face the death penalty on murder and conspiracy charges arising out of the April 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that killed 168 people and injured more than 500.
