How do you distribute your allotment of Olympic tickets when you’re Ruthie Bolton, the guard on the U.S. women’s basketball team, who has 19 brothers and sisters and 67 nieces and nephews?
“Raffle,” Bolton said. “I only have four tickets, and I need about 150. Hopefully, some will just fall out of the sky.”
