Datum Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of precision frequency products and timing instrumentation posted second-quarter net income of $151,000, or 4 cents share, up 4% from the $145,000, or 3 cents a share, for the second quarter of 1995. Revenue increased 20% to $20.2 million from $16.9 million. Net income for the first six months totaled $333,000, or 8 cents a share, a 14% decline from the $385,000, or 11 cents per share, a year ago. Revenue gained 49% to $39.9 million from $26.7 million.
