Dabney / Resnick Partner Leaves: Citing personal reasons, Neil Dabney has resigned from the Beverly Hills-based investment banking and brokerage firm he co-founded with Judy Resnick in 1989, sources said. The company confirmed Dabney’s departure but declined to comment further.
