3 Held in Bank Robberies

SPOKANE, Wash. — The FBI has arrested three men suspected of taking part in a series of bombings and bank robberies in the Spokane area this year, officials said Wednesday. Federal agents arrested the three Tuesday at a convenience store near Yakima.
Two robberies in four months at the same bank branch were preceded by diversionary bombings. No one was injured and damage was minor.
