More than 500 cars, all of them polished machines more than 20 years old, will crowd High Street on Sunday for the 17th annual Roam’n Relics Car Show.
The event, sponsored by the Roam’n Relics car club, will bring together auto enthusiasts from throughout Southern California, giving them a chance to compete for trophies and admire each other’s vehicles.
Registration begins at 7 a.m. and costs $20 per vehicle. Proceeds go to such local charities as the Moorpark Boys & Girls Club.
Starting at 9 a.m., children can enter radio-controlled car races, with the winner going home with one of the model cars as a prize. Trophies for the most impressive cars will be handed out at 1:30 p.m.
