Pacific Gulf Buys Apartment Community

NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Gulf Properties said Thursday that it has acquired a 165-unit garden-style apartment community in Ontario for $6.2 million.
The Raintree Apartments community is the 15th apartment project acquired in Southern California by Pacific Gulf, a real estate investment trust.
