A manager for Death Row Records was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine in connection with his arrest last month after a traffic stop in Beverly Hills.
The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said that Roger Sinclair Williams, 32, known in rap circles as Neckbone, was stopped by police Jan. 14 when officers saw him driving erratically. After an undisclosed amount of cocaine was found in his car, he was booked and released on $25,000 bail, prosecutors said.
Williams, who was convicted in 1983 of armed robbery, is to be arraigned today in Beverly Hills Municipal Court on a felony cocaine possession charge and a charge of driving with a suspended license, officials said.
