Crowded Minivan Crashes; 3 Passengers Killed, 18 Hurt

ST. LOUIS — A minivan crowded with 21 people went out of control and crashed on Interstate 70, killing three children and injuring all 18 others on board, police said Saturday.
Nine adults and 12 children were riding in the vehicle, which ran up an embankment and overturned late Friday, throwing some of the passengers out of the vehicle.
