American Express Leases Space at Warner Center

American Express has leased 17,300 square feet of office space in the Trillium complex in Warner Center.
American Express’ Tax and Business Services unit signed a seven-year lease valued at $2.4 million, according to Grubb & Ellis.
American Express will occupy one floor in one of the twin 17-floor office towers, and is expected to move in by September.
The Trillium complex, which also has the Hilton Hotel and a Cheesecake Factory restaurant, is owned by the California Public Employees Retirement System.
