Guatemala’s official 1994 entry for the Oscars and the first feature film produced in that country for worldwide distribution marks Luis Argueta’s knockout directorial debut. Oscar Javier Almengor, left, Eva Tamargo Lemus and Julio Diaz star (Cinemax Saturday at 8 p.m.).
